Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. To start the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made frames. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
